1. Total normal lead time take around 7-10 working days
*After Payment, will send you draft in 3 working days > print & ship out in another 5 working days
*Urgent Order (ready within 3-5 days) : add RM20 per order
2. Surcharge RM20 per drawing if you wish to change the drawing style after draft completed
3. Background of your picture is not included in the drawing, we will use our own style/design/creativity
